DISC Assessment & Debriefs for Marriage and Leadership Development

Understanding yourself is one of the first steps toward becoming a better communicator, building stronger relationships, and increasing your effectiveness at work and at home.
The DISC Personality Assessment & Debrief provides insight into your behavioral and communication style, helping you understand how you naturally approach people, tasks, challenges, relationships, and different situations.
During your leadership or marriage development, DISC explores four primary behavioral styles:
Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Compliance (C).
Everyone is a unique combination of these styles, and there is no “best” personality type. Each style brings different strengths, tendencies, communication preferences, and opportunities for growth.
After completing the assessment, you’ll receive a personalized DISC report that helps you understand your natural behavioral style and how it may influence the way you communicate, make decisions, respond to challenges, handle conflict, interact with others, and approach your relationships and leadership.
But receiving the report is only the beginning.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified DISC Consultant, I will guide you through your results during a personalized debrief session. Together, we’ll explore what your results mean in everyday life. You’ll identify strengths you can build upon, recognize potential blind spots, and learn practical ways to adapt your communication when interacting with people whose styles differ from your own.
DISC can be valuable for leaders, employees, teams, couples, organizations, and anyone interested in personal, professional, or relationship growth.
The insights gained through DISC can help you:
-
Increase self-awareness
-
Recognize your natural strengths and tendencies
-
Understand how others may perceive your communication style
-
Communicate more effectively with different personalities
-
Reduce misunderstandings and navigate conflict
-
Strengthen communication and connection in your marriage
-
Better understand how you and your spouse approach situations differently
-
Strengthen workplace and personal relationships
-
Improve teamwork and collaboration
-
Adapt your leadership approach to different people
-
Identify opportunities for continued growth
For teams, organizations, and couples, DISC can create a common language
for understanding differences. Instead of expecting others to communicate,
respond, or approach situations the way you do, DISC helps you recognize
and appreciate the strengths each person brings to the relationship.
DISC isn't about putting people into a box or giving them a label. It's about
understanding yourself and others so you can communicate better,
strengthen your relationships, and increase your impact—at work and at home.
Know Yourself. Understand Others. Connect Better.

I wanted to take a moment and write a review about my experience so far as we head into week 6. I’ve had a great experience working with Mind Change Consulting, especially with Chris as my mentor. His guidance has challenged me to think differently, grow as a leader, and take meaningful steps toward becoming a better version of myself.
The lessons and conversations have extended far beyond the workplace—they’ve helped me develop as a leader in every facet of life, from my career to my family and personal growth. Chris creates an environment that is encouraging, insightful, and focused on real, lasting change.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from him and would highly recommend Mind Change Consulting to anyone looking to grow personally and professionally.
