Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 Mastermind Leadership isn’t about a title or position—it’s about influence. And increasing your influence starts with developing yourself. The Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 Mastermind, based on John C. Maxwell’s proven leadership principles, is an interactive leadership development experience designed to help participants grow their leadership capacity and put what they learn into practice. During the mastermind, participants will explore essential leadership principles including influence, priorities, character, creating positive change, problem solving, attitude, serving people, vision, self-discipline, and personal growth. This is more than simply reading a leadership book. Mastermind sessions create an opportunity to learn alongside others, participate in meaningful discussion, reflect on personal experiences, and identify practical ways to apply each principle at work, at home, and in the community. Participants will be encouraged to evaluate where they are as leaders, identify opportunities for growth, learn from the experiences and perspectives of others, and develop intentional action steps they can begin using immediately. Whether you currently lead an organization or team, are preparing for greater leadership responsibility, or simply want to increase your ability to positively influence others, this Mastermind provides practical tools and a supportive environment for continued growth. Participants will explore how to: Increase their influence with others Identify and focus on their most important priorities Strengthen character and credibility Navigate and lead through change Approach problems with a leadership mindset Develop an attitude that positively impacts others Lead by serving and adding value to people Develop and communicate a compelling vision Strengthen self-discipline and intentionality Create a personal plan for continued leadership growth The goal is not simply to learn more about leadership—it is to become a better leader by intentionally putting leadership principles into action. Facilitated by Mind Change Consulting, the Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 Mastermind combines John C. Maxwell’s leadership principles with guided discussion, practical application, and real-world leadership experience to help participants grow their influence and make a greater impact on the people and organizations they serve. *Book and workbook included

Cancellation Policy
Mastermind Agreement How We Will Meet Mastermind sessions are held virtually or in person based on the program selected. Sessions include guided discussion, learning, reflection, and practical application. Payment Payment is due at registration and reserves your place in the program. Books or materials may be included when specified. Billing questions: 716-474-5308. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the Mastermind begins are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. No-shows will be charged a $25 fee. Attendance & Scheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance. Due to the group format, sessions will not be rescheduled for individual participants, and missed sessions cannot be made up. Participation Masterminds are most effective when participants attend, prepare, participate, and apply what they learn. Participants are expected to respect the experiences and perspectives of others. Confidentiality Participants agree not to share personal information or stories discussed during sessions outside the group. Mind Change Consulting will respect participant confidentiality; however, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. AI-Assisted Note-Taking AI-assisted technology may be used for facilitator notes, summaries, or administrative purposes. Sessions will not be recorded without participants being informed. Information is not shared without permission unless required by law. Mastermind Services Masterminds are educational and development experiences designed to encourage discussion, reflection, and intentional growth. They are not counseling, psychotherapy, or legal, financial, or medical advice. Facilitation Our role is to guide discussion, ask questions, introduce proven principles and resources, and create opportunities to learn from the material and one another. Participant Acknowledgment By registering or participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Mastermind Agreement.
